  • What is the scope of your management services?
    Lavi & Associates will handle all aspects of managing your properties –from screening prospective tenants, to collecting rent checks, to tending to maintenance requests. We even manage items such as paying your mortgage, processing your mail, corporation license renewals, and more.
  • What cities do you service?
    Lavi & Associates primarily serves South Bay cities, such as Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Lawndale, etc. We also serve properties in different cities, like Burbank, Canoga Park, Gardena. We are willing to manage properties in different cities within the Los Angeles county  
  • What kind of properties do you manage?
    Lavi & Associates manages different properties, like residential and commercial units and Homeowner’s Associations.
  • I would like for your company to manage my property. How should I proceed?
    You may contact us at info@lavisells.com, and we will schedule for an appointment to have a broker meet you at your property for an assessment. They will then provide you more information about the available packages  that will best suit you as a landlord/property owner.
  • How much is your management fee?
     Management fee depends on the property size and location, We offer very competitive packages for property owners. Please contact us for more information.
